Shipping Rates & Policies

At Viva, we try our best to meet your satisfaction. You will receive your order as soon as possible!

Processing Time: Allow 1 – 3 business days for Viva to prepare your order. Once your package has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking code.

We only offer Standard Shipping at this time.

Orders to Canada

For the Canadian Provinces, Orders less than $70 are $9.99. Orders $70 or greater are shipped for free.

Self-pick-up is available for BC customers living in Greater Vancouver area. You can now pick up your product from our Richmond office without having to pay for any shipping. For self-pick-up customers, please call us at 1-855-669-8482 to arrange a pick-up time. We are open from Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific standard time). Our Richmond office location is 13880 Viking Place, V6V 1K8. Please note that our office is only available for self-pick-up. We do not handle any return, exchange, or refund orders in our Richmond office.

Currently, we don’t ship to the Territories and Northern Canada.

Orders to US

For US, Orders less than $70 are $9.99. Orders $70 or greater are shipped for free.

Self-pick-up is available for customers living in Washington. You can now pick up your product from our Ferndale office without having to pay for any shipping. For self-pick-up customers, please call us at 1-844-668-6578 to arrange a pick-up time. We are open from Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific standard time). Our Ferndale office location is 1365 Stonegate Way Ferndale WA 98248-7824. Please note that our office is only available for self-pick-up. We do not handle any return, exchange, or refund orders in our Ferndale office.

Returns & Refunds

All products are eligible for a refund within 30 days upon approval. Your item must be unused, in the original unsealed packaging and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers must obtain a return authorization before sending any products back for return. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer service.

Sale: Products that are stated as final sale are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Exchange: We don’t accept exchange.
